A lei estava em tramita\u00e7\u00e3o desde 2012 e foi aprovada em 2016 pelo Parlamento Europeu. O per\u00edodo entre a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o e a data de vig\u00eancia da lei foi pensado\u00a0para\u00a0que as empresas adequassem seus sistemas \u00e0s novas regras.<\/p><p>Seu objetivo \u00e9 proporcionar aos usu\u00e1rios o controle sobre seus dados pessoais, que s\u00e3o armazenados pelas empresas ao navegarmos pela internet. Portanto, os usu\u00e1rios passaram a ter o poder de aceitar ou n\u00e3o essa a\u00e7\u00e3o feita pelas empresas. J\u00e1 as empresas, precisam seguir regras rigorosas ao manusear todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1fc7168 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1fc7168\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">O que a lei visa proteger?\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a0a6065 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a0a6065\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Basicamente, a principal preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 com a\u00a0privacidade das pessoas\u00a0e o cuidado com a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/hsclabs.com\/boas-praticas-de-seguranca-da-informacao\/\">seguran\u00e7a dos dados<\/a>\u00a0armazenados. Dessa maneira, a empresa n\u00e3o pode armazenar nenhuma informa\u00e7\u00e3o que possa identificar um usu\u00e1rio sem o consentimento dele.\u00a0Entre essas informa\u00e7\u00f5es\u00a0est\u00e3o:<\/p><ul><li>cookies;<\/li><li>informa\u00e7\u00f5es pessoais;<\/li><li>e-mail;<\/li><li>endere\u00e7o IP;<\/li><li>dados de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/hsclabs.com\/dicas-de-seguranca-de-navegacao-web\/\">comportamento de navega\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a>;<\/li><li>registros m\u00e9dicos;<\/li><li>dados biom\u00e9tricos.<\/li><\/ul><p>A lei determina regras r\u00edgidas para o gerenciamento dessas informa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p><p>O usu\u00e1rio tem total poder sobre elas e pode, a qualquer momento, solicitar c\u00f3pia dos dados armazenados. Tamb\u00e9m pode revogar a autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o que havia concedido a uma empresa, que deve excluir qualquer informa\u00e7\u00e3o referente \u00e0quele usu\u00e1rio.<\/p><p>Uma outra determina\u00e7\u00e3o da GDPR \u00e9 a de que as configura\u00e7\u00f5es devem ser claras para o usu\u00e1rio. Ou seja, nada de letrinhas mi\u00fadas com informa\u00e7\u00f5es confusas. Al\u00e9m disso, deve ser transparente para o usu\u00e1rio o que a empresa far\u00e1 com os dados coletados.<\/p><p>Desta forma, a lei determina que, caso as informa\u00e7\u00f5es fiquem expostas a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/hsclabs.com\/principais-ameacas-virtuais\/\">ataques virtuais<\/a>, o usu\u00e1rio deve ser informado em at\u00e9 72 horas. Al\u00e9m disso, a empresa deve apresentar um plano de a\u00e7\u00e3o no qual mostrar\u00e1 todas as a\u00e7\u00f5es que pretende tomar para resolver ou amenizar as\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/hsclabs.com\/erros-de-seguranca-da-informacao\/\">falhas de seguran\u00e7a<\/a>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
