adiada para maio de 2021<\/a>, em decorr\u00eancia da situa\u00e7\u00e3o de pandemia vivida mundialmente.<\/p><p>Inspirada pela\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/hsclabs.com\/pt-br\/gdpr\/\">General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)<\/a>, da uni\u00e3o Europeia, a LGPD \u00e9 uma lei de grande import\u00e2ncia, uma vez que regula as situa\u00e7\u00f5es de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos dados pessoais. prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 privacidade, as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es que manipulam dados pessoais devem possuir um profissional encarregado pelo tratamento de dados pessoais, denominada DPO.<\/p><p>Dentro das fun\u00e7\u00f5es a serem executadas, esse profissional \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por lidar com as reclama\u00e7\u00f5es de clientes sobre uso indevido de dados, tomar provid\u00eancias a fim de sanar problemas, guiar funcion\u00e1rios sobre as formas legais de tratamento de dados de terceiros e receber os comunicados da Autoridade Nacional de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o de Dados (futura ag\u00eancia reguladora de dados pessoais).<\/p><p>Esse profissional ir\u00e1 acompanhar todo o processo dos quais os dados circulam dentro de uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o. A partir da\u00ed, podemos elencar quais conhecimentos ser\u00e3o essenciais para a atividade ser exercida.<\/p><p>Essa fun\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser tanto executada por um profissional interno como por um terceirizado, ou at\u00e9 mesmo exercida como servi\u00e7o por outra empresa.<\/p><p>Conhecimentos b\u00e1sicos acerca de temas como criptografia, programa\u00e7\u00e3o, bancos de dados, governan\u00e7a corporativa podem ser essenciais para um DPO. Al\u00e9m disso, \u00e9 preciso conhecer a fundo algumas legisla\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas, como a LGPD, a GDPR e o marco civil da internet.<\/p><p>Portanto, ainda n\u00e3o existe uma forma\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica para a \u00e1rea. Vale ressaltar que ela n\u00e3o precisa ser exercida por especialistas do Direito, podendo ser executada por profissionais da \u00e1rea de TI, administrativo\/financeiro, compliance, entre
